We have grown these businesses organically by demanding excellence in execution, and through strategic acquisition of distribution businesses and key brands. Today, our actively managed distribution footprint extends through New Jersey, New York and New England, and we participate as partners in distribution businesses outside of our footprint in the Northeast.

The Mancini Companies has operated distribution businesses in the beverage industry since 1959 and in the flooring sector since 1981. Our long history and diversified model makes us experts in selling, logistics and local market insights.
Mancini Beverage
Our beverage distribution business dates back to 1959, where it first operated in Rhode Island under the name Providence Beverage. In 2001, we expended into Connecticut and today we operate state-wide platforms in both Rhode Island and Connecticut that offer total beverage portfolios, including beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks. We represent some of the most influential producers across categories, as well as leading innovations and emerging brands. We are headquartered in West Greenwich, RI and our Connecticut businesses is located in Orange, CT.

The Belknap White Group
The Belknap White Group (BWG) is a leading hard-surface flooring distributor. Belknap strives to deliver excellent service, while partnering with industry-leading suppliers to offer an extensive portfolio of premium flooring products. Belknap operates from nine showrooms and distribution locations across New York, New Jersey and New England, featuring hardwood, resilient, ceramic and supplies for all residential and commercial applications. BWG is headquartered in Mansfield, MA.

Commercial Real Estate
We acquire, develop and manage a commercial real estate portfolio principally utilized by our operating companies. Today, our portfolio includes approximately 1 million square feet of warehousing capacity, located throughout the Northeast.

We provide growth capital for select emerging businesses. Previous investments have focused on distribution companies, consumer products, hospitality, real estate and technology.
